03.01.2022 A VERY SPECIAL REVIEW FROM A VERY SPECIAL LADY. All the real estate brochures said it's important to target the right buyers for the property's unique aspects. But Katrice Velnaar of Luton was the only one who did or knew how. All the others suggested costly changes to get it to conform with majority interest (brick boxes in suburbs) when it was a little place but on an acre with creek and lagoon. All others would also target the wrong people in their texts and ...even take pictures not emphasising beauty and unique aspects. Some even suggested lowering the price to attract the wrong people - as they weren't targeting the appropriate people. I had a number of agents doing this, and also interviewed others - until I came to Katrice Velnaar. Who knew how to sell unique places and attracted interested buyers. Moreover she also listened to me and helped with a campaign. It was sold in a very short time (and for more than others had suggested - as she did take into account the beauty and unique aspects.)
