25.01.2022 After an unsettling week with the fires and terrible smoke conditions, having to evacuate and place my dear Furbabies in care, we are now home and extremely grateful to be safe. A big thank you to all of our lovely clients who reached out, your kindness, beautiful wishes thoughts and generous offers, really filled my heart. I was so grateful to have found wonderful care for my furbabies and after a big week, everyone is exhausted and now snuggled up, happy to be home.... Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who lost their homes and our hearts filled with gratitude to all of the amazing, heroic fire-fighters

A form / questionaire will be sent for completion. This is so we can gauge if your furbaby will be suitable to stay with us, have a good overall introduction - understanding of them and any special needs/ requirements; 2. A park play/ meet and greet, so we can meet each other prior to a holiday stay and take the time for the doggies to interact and enjoy a walk together; ..And we have now implemented...; 3. An orientation stay (at a discounted price). This is so they will be familiar when returning for their holiday stay and we can gauge how they go in the home and on a lovely outing together. During this time, the owners will be updated along the way on how all is going, along with lovely photos and videos. This will also ensure that it will be the most suitable place for them. For any new client bookings, please remember therefore to allow time (and enough notice), so we can follow this procedure. I don't know whether he remembered all the great cuddles Aunty Kate gives, the happy fun outings or....could it be the special yummy doggy treats they choose on our way home at petstock ....I'd say maybe a combination but the treats are a big hit
