16.01.2022 A Proverb 31 woman is a woman who understands she was created to be purposeful. She goes about her day with meaning and intent. Whether it is cooking a meal for her husband, helping her child with homework, or running her own business, each day is full of goals, to-do lists and responsibilities. She knows she has a job to do and she gets it done. Her purpose is to ensure that her household affairs are taken care of daily. She does not sit on the couch every day, eating popcorn and binging on Netflix. (see Proverbs 31:27) Katrina #chayilwoman #transformation #liveauthentic #letyouruniquenessshine

13.01.2022 Remember your uniqueness is your gift to the world, so let your uniqueness shine.

12.01.2022 This week, I want you to think about self-care practises for your mental health. A few of my favourite things to do is unplug from technology by sitting on the back deck drinking my cup of tea and enjoying the view, or lying on the ground looking at the clouds or stars. What is something that you are going to do this week?

12.01.2022 This week's self-care practise is to focus on our emotional health. Some ideas are journaling, practising gratefulness, laughing(watch a good comedy movie or series), listening to music or spending time with hanging out with your girlfriends. I love a girl's weekend. What is one self-care practice you are going to do this week for your emotional health?

12.01.2022 The first step to living a life of purpose and significance is loving yourself enough to be yourself. Then, and only then can you let your uniqueness shine.

11.01.2022 Starting this Sunday in the Chayil Sisters we will begin to discover and discuss the Seven Pillars of being Eishet Chayil. These pillars or characteristics apply to every woman regardless of age, marital status, and whether she has children or not. Every single female born has been created to rise up and become a chayil woman. Yet many do not. The essence of being chayil is found in the intimate relationship with YHWH as creator and God. Are you a woman who may enjoy being part of this discussion, learning more about being a Proverbs 31 woman or could use the support of our sisterhood, then join our FREE Facebook Group Chayil Sisters https://bit.ly/thechayilsisterhood. We are waiting for you. Katrina #chayilwoman #transformation #liveauthentic #LetYourUniquenessShine

06.01.2022 I am a big believer in practising self-care on a daily basis. No matter how busy your schedule, you should always find time to practice some form of self-care. When it comes to physical self-care, it doesn't have to be exercising or diet. It is all about taking care of your body. Everyone can find 5 minutes a day to dance to a song on the radio. You will be amazed at what 5 mins of dancing to do for stress relief. Other ideas are having a 10 min nap, walking barefoot on the grass or the beach. Perhaps you could schedule in some time for a massage or relax in a spa/hot tube or a nice bubble or aromatherapy bath. I'm going to try and book a massage this week. What do you plan to do this week to practice self-care?

06.01.2022 Remember to live each day purposefully, with intent and meaning. Proverbs 31:10-31.

06.01.2022 This month I am giving away an ebook called"Loving Yourself". It focuses on self-care. It also comes with a practical workbook that will help you find simple ideas and tips to build into your daily routine. You can grab yours here. http://bit.ly/chayilself-love We should never get so busy that we cannot find time each day to practice self-love. One of my favourite five minutes self-care treats is sitting on the back porch with a cup of tea and listening to one of my favourite songs. For those five minutes, I forget what is going on in my life, I disconnect from the world while I listen and connect to the music and lyrics. You will be surprised by the difference that five minutes can make. It is not always easy to find time to love ourselves practically but it is important and we are worth it.

05.01.2022 Nobody talks to you more than yourself. Here is a little challenge for the week. Stand in front of a mirror and tell the woman you see how much you love, and appreciate her. Tell her what you admire about her. Trying doing it every day after you have had your shower and see what difference it makes.

03.01.2022 Anybody else struggle with setting boundaries or is it just me? Who would be interested in learning about establishing boundaries in our life? Katrina #chayilwoman #transformation #liveauthentic #letyouruniquenessshine

01.01.2022 Okay, who else celebrates and rewards themselves by eating junk food after eating healthy for a week? My weakness is KFC and cheesecake; especially my home-made turkish delight cheesecake.
