25.01.2022 Katrina’s Equine Therapy is committed to making services accessible by: keeping service fees below the recommended industry rates accepting various payment options (cash, direct deposit, Debit/Visa Mastercard)... offering flexible appointment arrangements. I am a private practitioner and rely on appointments for my livelihood (food on the table for my children) and business sustainability I understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. However from the time that you make your booking your place is held for you. This means that, should someone else want to book, I may not be able to schedule their horse. I ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your booking at a late stage, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please advise within 48hours if I will be travelling further than 2 hours or 24 hours under 2 hours or a full treatment fee will be charged. Upon booking I will text new cancellation terms. Thank you for your understanding
