Large volumes of rain often cause issues for both tenants and landlords so we thought we'd check in with our Senior Property Manager Chris Gray about his recommendation on dealing with heavy rain and storms For Tenants 1. Don't panic if water is coming in, it is often only temporary and not very common for it to be an ongoing issue. 2. If you or the property are imminent danger call the SES asap ... 3. If you are able to do something to safely prevent further damage eg put a bucket under a leak, put towels down etc do this 4.
