24.01.2022 I have had the best holiday with visiting my family in Darwin. It is good to just slow down and be with the people I love. It also meant I had plenty of time for taking holiday photos! 06.01.2022 How much more relaxed are photography sessions in your home? Honestly, with a newborn and a toddler staying home just makes life easy. No need for a big clean up. Just make the bed and you've got a gorgeous space for family photos

05.01.2022 If the weather is looking a little dodgy for our session - don't stress. I get super excited for moody clouds and rainy skies. These drizzly days make for the most stunning backgrounds. Trust me when I say we should go for it. It's always worth it

04.01.2022 My kids pay no attention to weather. It's not that they are totally oblivious to it - they just don't let it to stop them getting out and having fun. So far this weekend they have spent time somersaulting off sand dunes gouged out by the rain and then racing monster waves up the beach. They've found pink blue bottles (pink - seriously!), giant jelly blubbers and and a massive orange fish with a crazy eye. I always start off with good intentions, diligently wrapping them up in rain jackets. They inevitably get hot from the all running around and strip off. But in that moment they are happy. Totally and utterly immersed in joy. I want to be more like my kids
