24.01.2022 I'm so excited and proud to be a Finalist in the 2021 Curves 'n' Curls International pageant. I have always been a curvy girl and I wanted to show the world that beauty is not just a size... It's so much more ... I haven't always proud of my curves but I think it's time to embrace and fully love myself. Women are so powerful when they accept and love themselves the way that they are. There is a misconception about big people being lazy and slow. Anyone who knows me would agree I run a marathon everyday and unfortunately my genes and a super busy lifestyle (As a Director of my own company) lets me down (this doesn't mean I don't try to make healthy choices - I do). I'm doing this for all the girls who hide their curves and for my daughter's to remember their mother as a confident curvy mumma. I will be representing Ukraine where my family immigrated from... This will be an opportunity to show gratitude for my heritage and make my parents proud Congratulations to all the finalists... I look forward to strutting my stuff with you Thank you Maxine Sal Simm for the opportunity Thank you Sarah Keen for this photo #curvesandconfidence #curvescurlesconfidence #katzrecruitment
24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Happy Humpday to you all! As part of this weeks series, we are sharing tips from Dale Carnegies Timeless Bestseller book How to win friends & influence people. ... Today, we would like to share the smile principle. You have about 7 seconds to make an impression on people. A simple way to make this impression is to smile. So make it count! Everyone can tell the difference between a genuine and an insincere grin. A genuine smile is heart warming and as Dale Carnegie says brightens the lives who see it whilst an insincere grin is mechanical and people will resent it. A smile that comes from within can differentiate yourself from others and attract customers your way as Dale Carnegie says your smile is a messenger of your good will. Share with us, how does it make you feel when someone genuinely cared and smiled at you?

19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Happy Humpday! Woo hoo, we are half way there! ... This week, we will be continuing our series on sharing tips from Dale Carnegies Timeless Bestseller book How to win friends & influence people. Today, we would like to share the principle of the importance of seeking input from your team rather than giving direct orders. When your employees feel that their contribution to a decision has been acknowledged, valued and considered, they are more likely to accept an order. Ian McDonald of Johannesburg, South Africa, the General Manager of a small manufacturing plant specialising in precision machine parts did just that. Ian was given a big opportunity for a massive order. Knowing that he had a short time to meet the delivery date, he was convinced that it was impossible. Instead of pushing his employees to get the job done, he approached his employees and explained the situation. Ian got his employees to contribute and come with ideas of how they could take the order. Ians employees accepted the order with a we can do it attitude. As a result, the order was produced and they managed to deliver on time. Share with us, when was the last time you have included your team in the decision making and what was the outcome? Give us a if you enjoy working with leaders who include their team in the decision making process.

14.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Happy Monday! This week, we will be talking about tips from Dale Carnegies Timeless Bestseller book How to win friends & influence people. ... Firstly, we would like to share the fundamental technique in building relationships with people. The first principle is, Dont criticise, condemn or complain. World famous psychologist, B. F. Skinner has proven experiments that animals learn and retain what they have learnt when rewarded with good behaviour rather than punished for the bad. There are also studies that this applies to humans too. When working and dealing with people, we need to remember people are creatures of emotion not logic. Benjamin Franklin was a leading example of someone who knew how to handle people. Benjamin Franklin once said I will speak ill of no man and speak all the good I know of everybody. In the workplace, it is important to remember to treat your employees/colleagues equally, recognise/praise their behaviour, efforts and achievements. Share with us, how do you encourage and praise your employees/colleagues? Or Tell us about a time when you felt appreciated and have been praised? What are your thoughts Do you agree that humans grow from rewarded good behaviour rather than being punished for the bad? Have a great week wonderful people
