The Role With our move to a larger Melbourne showroom location (inner eastern suburb), we now have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a real people person, with a can-do attitude and who can confidently showcase & sell our jewellery products to our customers. You will take the customer through the diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey with the ability to educate the customer, build strong rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience. As an assistant manager this role will also include liaising with suppliers, placing orders, marketing, and general team support. What is required: Experience and success selling jewellery or luxury items (diamond engagement & wedding ring sales experience is preferred but not essential) Preparing quotes and email correspondence with customers throughout the sales process as well as after sales support. Positive work ethic, with a can-do attitude and strong customer focus High level of proficiency when working with technology & systems Excellent verbal communication, listening skills and ability to build report quickly with customers Ability to think fast on your feet We offer a competitive salary package and opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion to work in the jewellery industry by being part of a rapidly growing business.
