19.01.2022 Big @tonufitness has been blitzing his rehab! 8 weeks out from knee surgery, following a very rare isolated LCL rupture. After restoring full range of motion, and rebuilding foundational strength in the structures supporting the knee, we've now started to make things a bit more sports/task specific. One of the activities Tonu wishes to return to is running. The video above shows Tonu progressing through some drills aiming to retrain his coordination and unilateral strength/...control throughout range-some things that take a pretty big hit following surgery! This guy is unbelievably committed to his rehab and will probably recover from this injury in world record pace Keep up the good work you weapon! @tonufitness
