11.01.2022 IRB state titles were held at Kurrawa this weekend creating an action-packed 2 day carnival for the team! Congratulations to everyone who competed and to those who managed to take home a medal for their races. There were a few injuries and all three motors had a drink of the saltwater but all in all, it was a very enjoyable weekend.

09.01.2022 Training Saturday 19th March 7am to 11am Drivers and Crews. 9am to 11 for patients. Bring helmets, life jackets and wetsuits. The weather is going to be awesome so sunscreen and water also. Penalties for those who are late without good reason.

Catch up on all the action from Saturday's final round, as lifesavers put their skills on the line and raced... off in a number of rescue simulations. Congratulations to Kurrawa Surf Club for taking out this year's series, with North Burleigh Surf Club and Broadbeach SLSC rounding out the top three.

03.01.2022 Last weekend the Kawana IRB Team braved the cold to compete at the IRB Australian Titles held in Thirroul NSW. It was a weekend of airtime and speed with the masters showing off on Friday until Saturday's cancelation due to dangerous surf. The competition once again resumed giving Kawana's open teams a chance to smash it! Overall, Kawana made it into multiple finals including many master male and open female finals.
