25.01.2022 A sneaky lie, the first thing I do in the morning is have a warm lemon water to help detoxify my liver and rehydrate myself after many hours without water. Its really important to rehydrate first not grab the coffee first because coffee switches your liver on to go to work for the day instead of continuing the detoxification process hence why fasting is good for you. Anyhoo I could talk about that all day so back to the 3 things. After lemon juice I get ready wash my face apply my Mineral Pro SPF have my vitasol powders which are Infinity, Purity and Collagen and either train or go for a walk with hubby and we grab a coffee together before I start my working day. 24.01.2022 Lets talk cleansing. The ritual that is an integral part of your morning and our evening routine. Heres one way to think about it. The skin is an outlet for detoxification. Having a clear passage way for that is super important dont you think? 24.01.2022 I was trying to hold out for the new clinic but I think I need to host a day regardless, so the 30th it is. As a reminder of the services by @injectablesbynurseashlee .... Muscle relaxants, Fillers and Threads. The Threads are amazing, I’ve had them done. The thread is inserted and anchored which btw does hurt, and over the next 3 months your collagen binds to them creating a lift and firming of the skin. They can be applied to any areas of the face even under the eyes. I had them done on the jowls and people noticed a lift on me. They are $600. 22.01.2022 I just finished a zoom webinar with Dr Andrew Christie from Dermapen. They have launched the new concentrated ampoules for superior treatments and results for the skin. they will be arriving in my next order seen as though I ordered yesterday. What I did want to show you was this picture which is of the skin layers. The first pic is of topical application of a product, the green colour is the product, as you can see it doesnt go past the skins barrier. What you see in the ne...xt pic is the channels Dermapen has created down to the dermis which is where your collagen is and the product moving down the Channels flooding the dermis. 20.01.2022 Lets talk lymphatic drainage. Recently I had a bout of glandular fever that went on for over 3 months and I was feeling very ill and drained the whole time, it was hard just to get out of bed then on top of that do a huge day at work. The simplest of task were exhausting. Because the thing is viruses never leave you and and seek comfort in your liver just waiting for an opportunity strike again when your Immune system is weak. Id no doubt caught it earlier on in my life as ...its quite common to contract it when you are young. Moving right along, I was working with my naturopath and at this stage had done 2 liver cleanses but instead of feeling better I was feeling worse. I was starting to think Id never get better, and honestly it was really starting to get me down because it was effecting every aspect of my life. If you know me youd know that Im hugely into natural therapies, then I had a light bulb moment!
