15.01.2022 For the best results Kay Bee filter machines should be used on a daily basis. Daily filtering will remove food particles from the oil and prevent them from being refried when the oil is next heated to cooking temperatures. Without daily filtering cooking oil is usually discarded before it loses its ability to fry food. It is discarded because unfiltered food particles are refried, blacken the oil, create smoke and discolour the food. Daily filtering removes these particles.
