25.01.2022 George again. Take home message from this: "and preparing ourselves for the likely failure of these efforts, terrifying as this prospect is" We must have a Plan B. If society doesn't, you need one.

23.01.2022 It is only fair

23.01.2022 This lines up with everything that I have learned. What it means and where we are probably headed is up to you to decide.

21.01.2022 Looks like these guys have gone international. https://www.patreon.com/posts/honest-ad-from-39910954

20.01.2022 Yep. It's pretty close.

20.01.2022 More from the media tart. I must say, NBN News have always been good. https://www.nbnnews.com.au//the-stories-of-a-climate-warr/

19.01.2022 I love this. Please share widely.

18.01.2022 It was a long time coming. The book starts in October 2014 and ends in February 2017. Then there was the writing, the editing and the re-editing so that I shared some of myself. That's not easy but it is done and I'm told it works. The cover picture is of me when I got off the Mississippi. Tough Is Not Enough is available in Australian bookshops and on-line.

17.01.2022 Time to draw your own line in the sand

16.01.2022 It is a bit hard not to get angry at the bastards. It is criminal behaviour and they should be brought to justice

16.01.2022 From Ian Dunlop Dispelling delusions that the Paris climate targets are any longer achievable To all those politicians and their advisers, corporate leaders, banks and investors, here and overseas, busily spruiking a gas-led recovery, with massive expansion of CSG and LNG, and the odd bit of coal thrown in, please read, understand and accept that we have no more space left in the atmosphere to store carbon emissions to stay below 2degC (ie no more carbon budget) What you are doing is committing the world to 3degC or more - social chaos and collapse. Stop the pretence and start acting seriously

14.01.2022 Umair sums up my feelings:

12.01.2022 1,000 books to give away. Tough Is Not Enough retails for $29.95 in bookshops but is usually sold a bit under that, maybe at $24.95. If anyone wants them they are free provided you make something for a charity, preferably something for the environment. The Macadamia Castle sells them, I think for whatever the person wants to donate, with the proceeds going to Orangutan Habitat which is towards Climate Action.... So, have a think and see how you can use them to help you with your passion.

08.01.2022 Australia is on the front line of the climate crisis. I'm in Australia on tour. I'm coming to MELBOURNE, ADELAIDE, PERTH, BRISBANE & SYDNEY. Get your tickets at JonathanPie.com

07.01.2022 Shame, shame, shame. I am reading No Friend But the Mountains by Behrouz Boochani. Sure Hitler killed a lot more Jews in the holocaust, but for many of these poor bastards maybe death would have been better. They have no names, they are only allowed numbers. This is not even about keeping refugees out. We let them in by plane. It is politics pure and simple. It is approximately half of our politicians. Half. Half would have been Hitler's henchmen. I am no Australian if this is what it means to be Australian. I will never sing our current national anthem and I will never honour our current national flag. I am ashamed.

03.01.2022 Pretty impressive eh! And they are just starting.
