You'd be working alongside fellow creator and visual artist @mlon, within the renowned @lacremecreativeinc and its community of artists and entrepreneurs. We can share from 4sqm to 8sqm space, depending on your convenience. This includes: 24/7 access, small storage, sink to wash brushes and materials, shared meeting room, ...shared kitchen & bathroom, fast internet, electricity, pet friendly and the benefit to show / photograph your work in the gallery space. All of these start at A$120/week (no lock-in contract). In addition to all the above, you will have a high roller door that gives us plenty of natural light and great exposure. So if you or anyone you know is looking... for a place to work, create and connect, maybe this is your chance. We have one artist studio for sharing alongside fellow creator and visual artist @mlon. This studio has a high roller door that gives not only plenty of natural light but great exposure. Flexible space from 4sqm to 8sqm space, depending on your convenience (starting at A$120/week / no lock-in contract). If you are looking for something more private, we have a 8sqm studio. Ideal for a local entrepreneur (or two!). We called this one ‘the quiet room’ (as it is half hidden), has its own aircon, door and it is freshly painted. We all do our ZOOM meetings from there when it is empty! This space works great for focusing on your work but sorrounded by creative proffesionals. Both studios include: 24/7 access, small storage, meeting room & gallery space, shared kitchen, bathroom, fast internet and electricity. We are located nearby Warringah Mall and some of the best local breweries and coffee shops on the Northern Beaches.
