I consider my biggest achievements to be when my horses show versatility across fields. Stock horse futurities specialise in this versatility, and I've been lucky to win a few of these within the South QLD Management Council Series. I feel very privileged to compete at the ASHS National Show as the level of competition is incredible. In 2018, Kaybee Annies Hustle finished in the Top 10 of the National Futurity and being in the Top 10 line up with competitors that I aspire to, was very rewarding. What are your favourite Tuffrock product(s) and why/how do you use them? We have multiple favourites. We make sure we dont travel anywhere without Tuffrock GI, its saved us multiple times with our horses health during travel. All of our horses are on PJF and we strongly endorse the poultice which is where our love for Tuffrock started. What are you getting up to with your horses during the COVID-19 lockdown? I work away from home and my work has continued so my horses are enjoying a well earned break when I away. That said, I'm enjoying working with some of my younger weanlings and yearlings at home. They always show such development in one or two sessions which i love seeing. 16.01.2022 Live life to the fullest they say. I can tick that box this week! Between work in north west QLD, I competed for the first time at the Cloncurry Stockmans Cha...llenge. What a wonderful event! So incredibly proud of the two horses, with limited preparation, they performed beautifully. Kaybee Annies Hustle - Classic Challenge - 79 dry work, 73 wet work. Binnia Hilfiger - 89 first round of the Open Campdraft. I couldn’t be more grateful for mates Brett Welsh and Gavin Dennien for making the long haul to Cloncurry and looking after my pair all the way through. Thanks to friends for their support, sponsors TuffRock Australia and Helen HorsenRider and my superstar wife Merissa Blake holding the fort as always at home.
