A client from the floods last year wrote: The team at Kaydon and Cos logistic planning was really exciting; there was one tradesman after another turning up and making progress nearly every day. Kaydon & Co gave us the freedom to choose polished floors instead of retiling. I was able to make some modifications to my kitchen, and I am really satisfied that my in...evitable variations figure is good value for the money. Kaydon really listened to us, and he was willing to let me make some changes in the bathroom, and the result is a gorgeous new bathroom (that previously had felt a bit cramped). 23.01.2022 The Queensland Government Household Resilience Program aims to assist eligible home owners in parts of central and northern Queensland to improve the resilience of their homes against cyclones. Owner-occupiers, who live in a house built before 1984, can apply to receive a Queensland Government grant of 75% of the cost of improvements (up to a maximum of grant value of $11,250 including GST). Improvements covered by the program can include roof replacement, upgrades to garage... doors, external solid core doors, window protection, upgrades to external structures such as sheds and carports, and over-batten systems upgrades; these upgrades ensure the house is well maintained, are all ways to improve the strength of homes. Approved grants are restricted to one per household. Funding for the program is limited, and grants will be awarded until the funding capacity is met. This created a large, modern, open and a beautiful space to spend cooking and eating surrounded by family and friends Kaydon and the team love thinking outside of the box to create amazing area's that everyone will love
