24.01.2022 It’s great to stay fit during isolation and there are plenty of gymnastics skills to practise in your home or at the park! But remember your safety is MOST important - do not try new and difficult skills outside of your gymnastics classes!

24.01.2022 In light of the recent Victorian Government announcement Kaygees Gymnastics will not be opening on Monday and we will remain closed until further notice. 19.01.2022 Kaygees@Home We have been working really hard to try to return to the Gym. But we are not there yet.... We have all been in hibernation and need to get ready to return. To get our gymnasts moving we are launching some online content filmed at home by our coaches for $10 a month. The content will include a quick warm up, stretch, strength activity and focus on one skill aimed at different age groups. Access from Monday 5th October
