22.01.2022 2020 - The year of chaos and change // What does it mean for you? Let's talk about the one thing that we all hear about and want to practice but we either don't prioritise it or don't know how to get let it shine through us.... SELF WORTH This year has forced a lot of us to look internally, to realise what is working for us in our lives and what isn't.... You may have found that you have been pushed to your limits, enough is enough and you have started to demand more from different areas of your life such as relationships, finances, career etc. this is part of evolving and awakening to the next level of you and what you're available for. We are being asked to look at ourselves honestly and clear the beliefs, people, job, etc that tell us that we aren't worthy of following our hearts calling. We will notice the benefits of this years deep inner work as we move through the month of September and up until December. It can feel scary or overwhelming at first, you may notice the feeling of not being able to keep living with the same routine and patterns but have no idea where you want to go or what to focus on next. This can be part of the awakening process, to no longer be available for where we are/were but unsure what to trust, move towards or focus on next. This year is a clearing year helping us to create the internal change needed to take on new opportunities coming in over the next two years and beyond. You may feel a little lost at the moment. In order to welcome in new opportunities and the things we wish to manifest we need to feel worthy of receiving what we are calling in so the internal shifts we have been faced with this year are necessary. Remain patient and grounded in the present, heal what is coming up for you and let go of the things that just don't serve you or light you up anymore to bring in the aligned next level of you! With the client's I'm coaching at the moment I'm supporting them to really focus on recognising, clearing and healing the boundaries and limiting internal beliefs that have been formed throughout life to open up to welcoming in the energy and reality of success, soul aligned opportunities and healthy new beginnings. There are so many amazing awakening breakthroughs happening this year, keep believing in yourself, a new chapter is just around the corner... let's make it your best one yet! 18.01.2022 We all have a soul journey! We all have free will. Free will allows us to make decisions on our path as we journey through life. The opportunities we have ar...e limitless. We are always being given the opportunity to evolve or remain. When we meet a crossroads in our life, whether it’s with unexpected opportunities, moving forward in the path of our soul, or even walking away from people who drain us, we are being given the opportunity to accept what we have been through, recognise how it has helped us grow, heal if required and move out of the cycle we have been in. Sometimes your spirit support team (guides, angels, the universe) wants you to make a decision on your own for your growth and the next chapter you’re going into. It can feel like they turn off all the lights while you're making a decision because they won't make a decision for you but you can always ask for guidance. The universe wants us to learn and grow. The universe wants us to thrive and light up the people around us. The universe wants to give us everything we desire, but sometimes we have to remove our old patterns and beliefs to align with the energy of our desires and to feel worthy of brining in (attracting) our desires. Your soul knows why you were bought here. It’s our job to listen to it and allow it to guide us on our soul path. When we are on that path, that is when we really feel ALIVE!

18.01.2022 I have just opened up appointments for soul guidance readings in September! Soul Guidance readings! I've had lots of great feedback about soul guidance readings and I've just opened availability for September!... In these sessions I focus on YOU and channelling what you need at this time for your life and soul to move through specific areas and situations in your life you may be dealing with. Many of us are going through deep awakenings at the moment and through these readings I guide you to fully embrace the changes coming in! I have found every reading is so different, depending on what the client needs at this time. This is a deeper level of reading and not for everyone! It’s for my clients who are ready for more but not quite sure how to tap into it, the woman who is connected to something greater and wanting to connect with her guides and spirit support team to receive what they need to deliver to her. It’s for the clients who want change and can feel something shifting but are unsure of the next steps to tap into it. These sessions are for truth, healing, clarity and soul alignment. If you feel your heart calling for this type of reading please contact us via this page or email if you are interested in booking a soul guidance session or finding out more - [email protected] If I feel a loved one in spirit come through I bring them through in the session but it's not the focus of the soul guidance reading unless it's linked to what the client needs on the day. This sessions are by video call, online only. I find clients are a lot more relaxed and open to being read from the comfort of their own home via video call. Channelling still happens as perfectly as in person as the information is channelled through me no matter where you are in the world. Regular readings are booked out until around December. I have a waitlist for my usual reading type which I am taking a break from for now as I am guided to focus on soul guidance readings! ‘Regular readings’ will open again around Sept/Oct and we will be working through the current waitlist. 12.01.2022 WHY have I chosen to create an extension of my professional readings business? >> Something I’m super passionate about is giving people the tools to grow and ...move themselves into a place where they feel completely amazing within themselves and can attract in the love, joy, money, happiness that aligns with them. Most of us are taught from a young age that to live the life we want we have to study hard, invest, save and work 38 hours minimum a week. I know that this is just a belief that is instilled within us from a young age and that we really have so much available to us when we bring ourselves to a place to attract in what we want and what aligns with us! It’s not always an easy journey to start on but looking back I would NEVER go back to the place I felt I was just ‘existing’ or ‘waiting’. I have been on a massive soul journey for most of my life but I was resistant to the changes that would open me up for so much more. I was hungry for more but never trusted or valued myself enough to open up to it. Without sounding ego fuelled, I was somebody who would look at what I’ve achieved over the past 3 years and think, ‘wow that’s amazing but I could never have that life’ or ‘it will take me 20 years to reach that place’. Thanks to the support of amazing family, friends and trusting myself and the guidance I’ve received I have been able to make the things I would only ever dream of come through better than I ever would have originally imagined! How did this shift (awakening) start? I got fed up, like really done with just ‘existing’. I had a good office job, had travelled a lot for a 24 year old, a loving and supportive partner and great family and friends but i still felt empty and drained. Going to my 9-5 everyday became unbearable because I knew I needed more. I couldn't fake happiness anymore, nothing was actually wrong with my life, on paper I should have been ‘happy’ but I felt an inner calling for so much more that I couldn't resist anymore. I commited to shifting from a ‘poverty’ mindset of believing ‘life is hard’, ‘people are draining’, I’m happy enough’, ‘surely something good will happen to me soon’ to a place where I became more aware of my thoughts, emotions and energy to heal, grow, shift and manifest the abundance I wanted. This all happened a few months before I decided to be a professional medium, as I shifted myself I became more open and trusting to allow ‘something greater’ ( the universe, divine, angels or whatever that belief is for you) to guide me to heal and open up to trusting that I was on the right path. The biggest shift came when I finally got tired of fighting my mind and the things that told me I wasn't worthy of living a life I loved or I had to be a certain kind of special and lucky person to have that kind of freedom. Once I got tired of those thoughts and opened up to new possibilities I had some massive internal shifts and breakthroughs that OPENED MY EYES to SO MUCH MORE! I thought it would take me like 7 years to be where I am within myself and business, but I allowed myself to really surrender to my growth and opportunities, I bought myself into alignment to receive massive levels of growth that have helped me come to a place I feel abundant AF, I trust my journey and most of all I TRUST MYSELF, I don’t sweat the small stuff anymore. I was a MASSIVE overthinker and the only times i find myself overthinking is when in about to uplevel again and it feels a little scary and i question myself for a minute but i know it’s right and I allow myself to trust and allow things to play out as I have chosen. I have had a lot of clients say to my lately, I can’t imagine being able to shift in the way you have but i want to share because I’m no different or more special than anyone else, I simply decided I was ready for more and committed to my growth, we can all do it and I want to show people how. I am using my new social media profiles (kayla.rae_abundance.coach FB, Email & Insta) to share the intuitive downloads I receive daily to help you with your growth. I am sharing my life so you can see that ‘being free and abundant’ is so so achievable! Abundance to me is being in a place where you know who you are, what you want and you are not stressing about the past anymore because you have healed it, you're not stressing about the future because you decide to shift and actively make moves to bring yourself into it and you know that there is an unlimited amount of abundance available to all of us when we learn to trust it. I am here to help you awaken and step into your heart, soul and abundance when you're ready to commit to your soul growth.
