12.01.2022 This morning I had so many tomatoes from my tomato plant I didn’t know what to do with them so I made tomato chutney! I love that it’s so easy to stop waste! With 3 kids the less we waste the better!

11.01.2022 Next weeks meal plan. Quick dinners are the goal! In my house I get home at 6 and my 3 year old needs to be in bed by 7-7:30 at the latest. Cooking time ranges from 20 min ( chicken teriyaki) to 1 hour ( frittata which needs 30 min in the oven) go to whoa. I did this meal plan on 5 minutes before I started work. Stay tuned for how easy it is to convert this into a shopping list and do a clock and collect from Woolworths

10.01.2022 Meal prep day- all the meat is in the containers prepped and ready to go ( the chicken will be eaten first). I don’t add in spices, flour or oil as these are easy for me to access and measure but everything else is pre measured in separate containers.
