01.01.2022 Protein Oats 50g @uncletobys Oats (we find they cook the quickest) hot water 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon honey... 1tbspoon @mayversfood peanut butter 1/2 scoop @kfsupps_ vanilla protein fresh or frozen blueberries put all ingredients into a serving bowl EXCEPT KF Supps Vanilla Protein. fill boiling hot water (from the kettle) 1cm about ingredients line. mix and let it sit for 5mins. add KF Supps Vanilla Protein, mix all together then sprinkle fresh or frozen blueberries on top.
