10.01.2022 I have been getting a lot of msgs about fasted cardio and how long I do it for. Usually I walk for around 40-50mins and always on an empty stomach (fasted). Leading into my first bodybuilding competition I did this every morning to get ‘dick skin lean’ This is when I set my short/long term goals too. People of all fitness levels can do it, it just takes a bit of discipline waking up 1 hr earlier.
