22.01.2022 What a great day Monday was... Excursions returned to KAZ Possums! We had our very own Teddy Bears Picnic in the park... The children loved every minute of it. It was so nice to feel like we are getting back to normal. We jumped on our very own KAZ Possums bus, and off we went! We will be planning many more excursions and incursions for 2021, and this was a great way to kickstart the year! We have vacancies, so please come in and see us... our Program has been rated Exceeding, and we have many more offerings that set us apart from other Centres. 22.01.2022 Embracing the change of seasons, the kids showed off their talent with their craft and a focus on sustainability...

18.01.2022 Diwali (Dvali, Dpwali, or Deepavali) is a festival of lights observed in October or November each year. Here we have one of the children who was born in India and repatriated to Australia last year, dressed in traditional Indian attire, a lovely touch to celebrate such a special event.

13.01.2022 We have been discussing the mid-Autumn Festival, which is celebrated across many Asian countries. Our very talented Educators whipped up some traditional moon cakes with the children... but because of Covid19, we were not allowed to share... It was still a great fun though!

07.01.2022 Celebrating Chinese New Year KAZ Possums style, we made dumplings, lots of art and craft, we even had our very own lion dance - a great way to celebrate diversity.

06.01.2022 Earth Hour - Saturday 27 March 2021... We all care about our planet, and this is a great way for us all to do something together... We've been talking about sustainability in our Program, and this is something simple we can all do for all of us.

04.01.2022 We have been so lucky to have been gifted a Sensory Oasis Tent from S. Vincent de Paul Society. The tent provides a sanctuary for children who become overwhelmed in their surroundings. Included are a number of sensory tools such as a weighted blanket, cushions, soft blanket, fidget toys, timers, books and noise-cancelling ear muffs.
