My extensive teaching experience allows the class to be adaptive to your ability and experience and ultimately to be positive and fun. Classes incorporate the many genres of your choic...e from jazz funk, musical theatre, burlesque, with elements of ballet /barre needed to accomplish sound technique. Concentrating on strengthening and stretching our bodies and ageing youthfully. You will come out ready to hit the dance floor with vigour and confidence.
