15.01.2022 Face masks must be worn when on course as of Monday, 3rd August. GA will be putting out a directive this weekend but I have had it confirmed verbally tonight. This is a repost from Traralgon Golf Club which I think explains it beautifully. FACE MASKS... Dear Members and Green Fee Players, Based on information made public by the Victorian DHHS, as of Monday August 3rd it will be MANDATORY for all Victorians to wear a face covering when outside of their home. This includes whilst playing golf. The only exceptions are if you are affected by a relevant medical condition such as breathing difficulties (e.g. Asthma), a serious skin condition on the face, a disability or a mental health condition. The face covering must stay on for the duration of the round. The State Government have indicated that, at the moment, they are not looking at any further restrictions in our area and although inconvenient l feel complying with this new ruling is a small price to pay to keep our club operating. You can take your face covering off when eating or drinking. You should carry a plastic zip-lock bag to store your face covering in while you eat. Remember to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before and after removing your face covering as this stops the transfer of germs and viruses from the face covering to your hands, face or other objects. The same ruling applies to all course staff and volunteers.

12.01.2022 FACE MASKS A MUST AS OF 3rd AUGUST. It's great to be back playing golf again and we all remember the frustration when the courses were locked down earlier this year. While we can still play in fours and not have the restrictions imposed on us as the city courses have, the Government has mandated that face masks must be worn by anyone on a Golf Course as of Monday 3rd August. It's a small price to pay to keep our courses open. Please do your bit. ... Note the wearing of face masks applies to players, staff and volunteers. See more

03.01.2022 What a great day was had at our inaugural OZ day egg event! Over 60 people braved the elements competing for some fantastic prizes. Thankyou to our major sponsors Drummond Golf Traralgon & Dan Murphys Sale. Thankyou to the visitors from all the other clubs we really appreciate your support. Some teams lost their yellow ball . But great scores were had check out pic for all individual results. The team event was won by Karyn & Lester Boyle & Errol Blanch with a terrific 37 pts. Thankyou to the event organisers. Congrats to all winners & we will definitely be back next year!

12.11.2021 Unfortunately course is still too wet to play so will be closed Wednesday & maybe Thursday. We will update when ok to play but forecast for weekend not looking good. COVID now weather stopping us from our golf not fair!!
