(These are Cleaners whom hold a high standard have excellent eye for detail skills, conduct Bond checks,writes reports,reports damages to Owners,Advisers Clients of ways to improve their property for less complaints and more bookings ect. Holiday Home Rental Cleaning: prices vary due to B2B weekend penalties and time and a half penalties apply for All public Holiday services. General Cleans $40ph per person spring Cleaning $45ph per person residential cleaning $40ph per person End of Lease (Bond Cleans) prices vary Due to the state of the property Quotes will be needed and the property viewed in person. Builders Cleans start @ $45/$65ph per person. client also to be charged a Chemical product fee.. the fee will vary most common fee is between $100-$300 price range! all cleaning costs will incur a 10% GST so please be mindful of this when booking.
