20.01.2022 The bits no one sees--basting the chest peice onto the foundation of canvas for the full canvas jacket to provide shape and correct drape. And yes, it is done by hand.

12.01.2022 The bits nobody sees part 2. The chest peice and canvas have undergone padding (the stitching) to shape it as well as added darting to provide the shape you can see here. Now on to more pressing business, as it all needs ironed before putting it together!
