Let's spend our holidays in Australia, eat in local restaurants, buy Australian products, buy local meats and veggies and support local businesses. These businesses are going to find it very difficult to get back on their feet and survive without our help, they're suffering badly now. Our products are some of the best in the world and our country is one of the most beautiful in the world. Let’s look after it and its loyal people. I hope you are all staying safe

Just because I think I "should" be able to do this pose (handstand) better (judgement) doesn't mean I react by pushing myself towards injury. Yoga is a discovery of the self.
