23.01.2022 Recently completed kitchen at Burleigh waters. IKEA Ringhult kitchen and laundry, stone benchtops including on the island. Custom fitted dishwasher drawer, custom made wall micro cabinet to match kitchen, custom fitted tall cabinet to house a water heater. Very satisfied client!!

17.01.2022 I always see posts looking for 'cheap' work or 'why do tradies charge an arm and a leg?' Well I'll lay it out. We don't get paid vacation, we don't get payed sick leave, we dont get paid annual leave, no carers leave, paternity or maternity leave, no pay on rain days, no overtime or bonuses for outstanding performance during the year from the boss. The skills we have were expensive to attain along with the tools/vehicles and the time invested in your job. The (FREE!!) quotes..., the ordering, picking up of materials most times from bunnings or other suppliers, time at your job including traveling either way. It all adds up. That's not even looking at business finances like public liability, licensing, income protection, insurances, regos etc. We love being our own boss and I personally wouldn't have it any other way, but that love that we put into your job doesn't pay the bills. While I'm at it, please don't ask for a cash discount and then expect 10% or more! We have to pay GST on every little thing we buy. The only discount we can give is on our labour and our rates are low margins already and who likes doing that?! So hug a tradie this Christmas. If they run their own show, hug them twice! Bring on our two week unpaid holidays

13.01.2022 JUST INSTALLED THIS WEEK!! Pre benchtop and splashback completed IKEA (hittarp model) for happy clients on Bribie island!

13.01.2022 Newly completed kitchen on wed the 18th December. High rise apartment surfers paradise. Stone bench tops, IKEA Voxtorp kitchen white gloss. Modified range cabinet to house a custom Range hood. Splashback chosen by client. Long days to meet the deadline for this project but great outcome.

13.01.2022 Has been great to get back to installations. The latest creation (pre bench tops and backsplash) for a very happy customer at Robina on the Gold coast. Design by the client with assistance on finer structural points. IKEA Hittarp kitchen with Bodbyn glass doors. Will be Ceasar stone 40mm benchtops with pressed metal back splashes. IKEA appliances (except fridge). HPM Heritage electrical plates, customised pantry due to the angled wall in the corner. More pics to come.

11.01.2022 Kitchen finally complete at Annerley. Came up nice with client selected backsplash. Design by client. IKEA ringhult kitchen in gloss white, custom bulk head, custom appliances, custom made microwave wall cabinet with IKEA fitted door to match. 20mm stone bench tops. Great end result!

09.01.2022 In 2020 KBL-CONSTRUCT are proud sponsors of the Starlight children's foundation swim challenge. Representing KBL-CONSTRUCT and participating in this worthy cause is Stephen McInally (business owner). His nominated distance of a 60km swim from the 26th Jan till 28th Feb is nearly completed (only approx. 6 km to go!!! 08.01.2022 Custom 2 pac kitchen installation Mudgeeraba Dec 2018. Including Kitchen, Laundry and Butlers pantry.

08.01.2022 Newly competed IKEA RINGHULT kitchen at Hope island on the GOLD COAST. Job consisted of a wall removal, plaster repairs in preparation for installation. Custom fitted cabinetry around the pillars (internet router), island bench with relocated plumbing, IKEA APPLIANCES, custom postform benchtops in concrete finish, black ripple finish subway tiles, IKEA cabinet lighting and custom ceiling fit. Very happy client!!

06.01.2022 Burleigh waters completed July 2019! (prior to Bench tops, back splash, and finish off of sub-trades). First 800mm IKEA custom stove base cabinet fitted with a 900mm cook top, and customised base cabinets fitted to the bay window!!!

06.01.2022 A new set of bench tops installed at a project at Redland bay. And no it's not stone but Acrylic!! Nebbia marble acrylic bench tops on a savedal IKEA kitchen. Plumbing today, tile back splash tomorrow completion early next week. More pics to come!!

04.01.2022 All the sub trades now finished. This included electrical, plumbing, bench tops, tiling and carpentry. Finishing touches completed Monday. Kitchen comprises of extended wall to allow for slightly bigger kitchen storage. IKEA savedal kitchen, Nebbia marble acrylic bench tops.(trade fitted), IKEA sink, IKEA appliances (except dishwasher). Customised microwave area, black Matt subway tiles, cornice fitted and prepped ready for painting. Client is doing painting to save a little, everyone's happy!! 04.01.2022 Burleigh waters finished, stone benchtops (Quantum quartz carrara quartz with island waterfalls, green ripple finish subway tiles, cabinet lighting, electrolux appliances in a IKEA (BODBYN) customised kitchen. First ikea kitchen donewith a 900mm stove top and fitted into a 800mm stove base cabinet (on request). Another very happy KBL-CONSTRUCT customer.

03.01.2022 The view and the kitchen completed at Coolangatta point Tweed heads 2 weeks ago. IKEA Ringhult kitchen and appliances,Quantum quartz stone bench tops, custom fitted water heater to the corner cabinet with inspection door. Another happy client!
