22.01.2022 Feeling proud of myself for being the only one crazy enough to show up for the #windsurfing class in this weather! It pays off to be crazy. I got a private lesson with the awesome crew at @flying_fish_sailing @middleharbouryachtclub Brilliant despite being bloody freezing ... I’m confusing this years theme of prioritising fun, getting out of my comfort zone and also back to my roots (growing up on a boat).

05.01.2022 Sunrise ice baths at Mona Vale with Chelsea from @theenerchiexchange and an awesome group of women. It was such a perfect opportunity to embody surrendering into discomfort and the unknown (a vital life lesson). I noticed my body fighting the cold to start with - as this photo shows . But once I dropped down into my breath - 20 years of meditation helps this practice - then I was able to just surrender and before I knew it the discomfort was gone and I felt like I’d sunk ...into the ice. The ice bath was preceded by a 6am group meditation on the beach with Carly from @meditationbase and a great group of women. Then after the ice, some breathing exercises, a beach run then an ocean swim. I’ve literally been buzzing all day! My energy feels so expanded.
