22.01.2022 "Firstly, I can be confident about eternity, I don't need to be scared about eternity because I know Jesus is trustworthy. I know he's ultimately all-loving, all-powerful and very gracious. So I can trust Jesus, I can trust God the Father for eternity because I've seen what it was like when Jesus was down on earth. And the second one is when you look at the pictures from Revelation 21 about what eternity is like. It's so beyond our comprehension in a lot of ways. There are no tears, no pain, no suffering. 19.01.2022 "The best way to bounce back from setups, as you approach the dark times of your Christian walk and I want to say as a side point that all of us have those times... But the most helpful advice I can give you is to actually fill your mind with God. Fill your mind with thoughts about God. Probably the most helpful verses, one that I go to all the time, is the end of Philippians. Philippians is in the New Testament and I’m just going to read Chapter 4, verse 8 and 9: Finally, br...others and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirableif anything is excellent or praiseworthythink about such things. Now, what does that mean? If you’re struggling with doubt, if you’re struggling with a setback, remind yourself of who it is that you worship, remind yourself of the greatness of God.
