23.01.2022 Most of people told me that they do not have time do to meal prep at home, need to get food outside, sometimes even get unhealthy fast food. Tonight I spent 45 mins to do my meal prep: baked sweet potato and pumpkin, hot boiling baby broccoli and asparagus, air fried chicken wings and pan fried kangaroo sausages. Get 2 meals a day for next 2 days. Can you do it? Stop giving yourself excuses, no time for cooking, no time for exercise. Where does your time spend on?

I have very busy life, work in casino at night time 4-5 days a week, work in the gym during day time as trainer 3 times a week and I am part time University student too. How can I handle it?
