18.01.2022 How we start the week with our teams at KCL Business Services. Our focus is on Team Work and collaboration, internal and external. Our team is made up of our directors, staff and clients. We start by discussing our goals for the week with our internal team. We put our action plan together to meet these goals. We look over the team’s tasks and allocated clients and what the goals are for the clients (external team) for the week, any special requests that need attending to and ...putting them in action. Each day we will have a briefing from each team member to ensure we are on track. We will discuss any issues that may impact our goals and address them. There are regular updates to our external teams (the clients) for full transparency as this is an important part of our service to be able to meet our client’s targets and goals. Here are a few questions for you Do you have a team action plan for the week? Do you have teams to bounce ideas off? How are your teams made up? Let’s start a conversation and share ideas from one another on how you try to reach your goals for the week or the life of a project with your teams.
