She had received her last eyebrow tattoo almost three years ago at another place, now it has turned a light green/bluish.... if cosmetic tattooist use their needles too deep, this is what happens. And it is pretty difficult to fix the old tattoo even with an experienced artist. We make it lighter first use orange/yellow/bubble gum colour depend on old tattoo intensity and apply the clients desired colour.... The artist must always keep in mind: 1. The clients skin tone 2. The previous dye faded colour 3. The clients desired colour to reapply All of these will affect the overall colour and look after it has healed.
