20.01.2022 Im all about having soft drinks every now and then, but that is an EVERY NOW AND THEN for me!! Look how much sugar are in all of these drinks... Its actually scary! Considering how many benefits you get from drinking water I choose to stick to it on a day to day basis. Just thought I would share this photo on here as I believe everyone should be aware :-)

17.01.2022 Hi everyone! Just a quick message from me. Just so everyone is aware I work 8-5:30 everyday at a childcare centre in Dampier and then on Friday nights I go to work behind the bar at Hampton Harbour Boat and Sailing Club straight from work, along with a Sunday shift also. I also work odd/rotating Saturday shifts at the Moonrise Cinema in town. I just want everyone to know that when I say Im at my other job and unavailable I am always truthful and professional along with ver...y apologetic. Please always contact me with any babysitting needs that may arise as I will always say YES! If I am available to do it. I work around 63 hours per week (cough...workaholic!!) but I will always do my best to fit any babysitting work around my other two jobs that I have been given the opportunity to do. 15.01.2022 UPDATE 9.4.16: Elka completely better after approx 1 week. Viral and bacterial testing of Elkas stool was negative- however only a narrow range of bacteria tes...ted. The product is thought to have a compromised package in manufacture or transport. No bacteria that would cause food poisoning was found in the product. The black lumps were mould spores. No other packages in the same batch have been found to be compromised in the same way. Woolworths have been fantastic at keeping us in the loop the entire way throughout this whole ordeal. Queensland health have advised that Elkas illness would not have been related to ingestion of mould and so was coincidental. What a crappy coincidence. Thank you for all the love and support, it was a pretty awful week! Contaminated product alert!! Hey peeps, a heads up that Ollie and Elka tasted this baby macro organics squeezey pack today. They both gagged and almost vomited. I decided to cut it open and squeeze out the contents. OMG it was gag worthy. I took it back to Woolworth where they have agreed to send it away for testing. Ive included a photo of the batch number in case you want to cross check it with any you may have in your cupboards at home. Please share this if you have other parent friends who might have this product!!! UPDATE:ELKA UP VOMITING ALL NIGHT. DO NOT GIVE TO YOUR CHILDREN UPDATE 11.3.16: Elka still unwell. Woolworths have referred the case to qld health department for an investigation (they have been in contact with me) and to their supplier to investigate their supply chain. The contaminant has been sent off for testing and the entire batch has been removed from the shelves. Woolworths have been keeping me up to date regularly. Will keep everyone posted when results come back.

12.01.2022 To all of my Dampier and Karratha clients sign up for the Dampier Library School Holiday Activity days! Itll be a great time with lots of fun for the kids! Its such a beautiful spot to relax and let the children enjoy themselves with something different to do these school holidays DO IT HEHEHE Love Kat!

08.01.2022 A fun game I played with Bay! They own this cool trampoline that has numbers scattered around it so the gymnastics coach came out in me with the creative ideas!! What a great way to be active and learn at the same time! We had so much fun, was awesome to see him really thinking about the numbers that I was saying and looking for them on the tramp. 02.01.2022 Heres the final video!! This is bay counting from 0-12 on the trampoline (I only started filming when we got to six!!). This encouraged him to really think about what he knows in regards to his numbers and he did AWESOME!!!!! I encouraged him to decide what was next but also supported him along the way. Just to let you all know Bay is only 3! Hes turning four soon but how phenomenal is this kiddy!!!!
