16.01.2022 Following recent government measures to increase social distancing and slow down the spread of the Coronavirus, all dental practices are under strict new restrictions as to which procedures we may perform. This regrettably means that as of now, we are only allowed to offer certain emergency treatments as outlined by the Ministry of Health & Australian Dental Board Guidelines. Under the guidelines we are required to ask you a few questions about your recent health and travel... history before we can make an appointment for you. We are also required to limit the number of patients in the waiting room. In order to achieve this we have increased the gap between each appointment, and we kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier than your appointed time. By allowing more time between appointments, we are also giving ourselves more time to follow the strict cleaning and disinfection protocols we have developed for the Coronavirus. We kindly ask that before you come in, please call us from your car to let us know that you have arrived, and we will give you a call when the surgery room is thoroughly cleaned and ready for you to go straight in. These are unprecedented times and we would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please be assured that we will look after you and you will not be left in pain. Stay safe and call if you need us.

We thank you for your patience in the past 6-8 weeks, as we know that many of you had been wanting to see us for other things apart from dental emergencies. As per the latest Government regulations, we are now (08-05-2020) allowed to perform all dental treatments for all patients who do not meet epidemiological or clinical risk factors for COVID-19 infection transmission i.e., we can treat anyone for any procedures as lo...ng as they are not a potential COVID-19 carrier or showing any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 or have any risk of carrying COVID-19. The health and safety of our patients, team members and community at large is our absolute priority in these unprecedented times. As always, we strictly adhere to current guidelines regarding infection control for all appointments. In addition, we have further intensified the cleaning and sanitisation of our clinic to best protect our patient's and team member's well-being. Dentistry is what we know best, and we hope that by keeping our doors open to serve patients with any dental need, we can avoid putting extra stress on the hospitals during this time.
