25.01.2022 The Kalangadoo Farmers Market Inc. are having our Spring Fair this Saturday the 12th of October. From 10am - 1pm, We are packed this Fair! So do come down if you can and see what we will have. We shall have new stalls and some favourites back for our big day. -AJs Sweet Creations... -Jenny with Melaleuca Wellness Company. -Dawn and Brain with books, sauces, jams and crafts. -Plants stall with potted plants and veggie seedlings, also veggie/plant climber frames and12 varities of Iris bulbs. -Kays Arts and Crafts. -Bronwyn with Tupperware. -Lynne with beautiful lights in bottles. -Trish from SeneGence. -Toni with an array of large outdoor games, metal horseshoe art, decorated horseshoes and horse jumps. -Amanda with Australian sheepskin Moccasins. -Robert selling part of his longtime collection of Stamps. The local CFS Fire Truck will be parked around the side. With a house fire and will be letting whoever wants to have a go, put the fire out with the hose! If you get hungry during the day, well keep your tummy happy! The BBQ will be cooking sausages and hamburgers all day. As well as Kranskys with sauerkraut. In The Archway: -Two wonderful soups: a Minestrone soup and a Chicken & Corn soup. -Two of Hanas cakes: Mixed Berries and Banana & Chocolate Cream. -And of course Biscuts as well as Coffee, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks. But all the favourites will still be here too. Like our preserves, crocheted and knitted items, breads, baked goods, cheeses, fresh eggs, bath bombs, vegetables, fruit, Fair trade items, and plenty more! A mostly sunny 20 degree day is forecast for Saturday. Are you looking forward to it? Cause were looking forward to it as well.

25.01.2022 Just a quick post to say that this The Wiggles kids jumper was left behind on our Fair Day. If your child has lost it and you want it back, we will continue to hold on to it for a few more weeks. Thanks for your time, our weekly post will be up Friday morning as per usual.

23.01.2022 I regret to inform you all that as of now, the Kalangadoo Farmers Market Inc. will be temporarily closed until further notice. Because of the Covid-19 virus and we can not staff the market sufficiently to even run it as a reduced Market to usual. This means that our Fair Day next week will unfortunately not be going ahead anymore. However, the Fruit and Vegetable Competition will still go ahead in a small way here on the Facebook page! ~... Those of you who were very much looking forward to bringing in your produce for show. Can now show it off here on our page, and still possibly win a prize! The only section will be the Produce in a Photo category. But this is still open to any sort of fruit or vegetable. Take as many pictures as you want of your produce, next to a measuring tape to show the size. And post them on to this post here to be in the competition. Judging will still be done next Saturday and announced here on our page. And the prizes will be delivered somehow!(Still working on that bit) ~ So it is sad that we have to close for now, but we look forward to still seeing the marvelous produce that the community can grow! 22.01.2022 We had our Spring Fair on the 12th of October this year. And couldnt have asked for a better day. A warm, sunny day with a light breeze fueled the massive day for all the people who came along to our Fair. Stalls galore, food bountiful, plenty to see and buy. And if you didnt get to come in and be part of it all, then here is a photo montage of nearly all of what we had. There was a lot happening!

21.01.2022 Sorry that posts have been light on lately, Ive been having internet issues. This a quick post to say that our Fair Day on the 28th of March will be going ahead. And we hope to see you there on the day. A bigger post will be done in a few days detailing all of what we will be having on offer.

And that there is a table at our Market who raises money for them year round. So if youd like to donate too, then you can come in and buy something from there and help them as well.... 16.01.2022 A very Happy New Year to everyone of you. From now on, there will be a small plastics bin at the front of our hall. Bottle lids that you cant take to the recyclers, lids from takeaway cups, plastic cutlery and more you can bring in to our bin for BeeUtiful. And you can also bring in your dead batteries for them. Separate container for those. (But only the small ones like the AAA s, AA s etc. Not car batteries!)... Hanas first cake for the year will be the classic Apple, Custard and Cream. If you become a member at our Market, it is only $10 to join and you get all this for 2020. -A Membership card.... -That entitles you to 10% discount on Kdoo Farmers Market stalls, except food products from BBQ and The Archway. - Card must be presented for discount. -Eligibility to apply for a stallholder site. -Eligibility to vote at the AGM, and nominated as a Committee Member. 03.01.2022 Our Market will be going ahead this Saturday as usual. As for the Fair next Saturday, there are now second thoughts. Farmers Markets have been allowed to stay open. Which I will link. But what do you think about our Fair next week? Should it still go ahead, or be cancelled? We will be discussing it at the Market tomorrow.
