The session will be h...eld via zoom. This technique does not negate or replace professional therapy. It is a very useful tool for emotional fitness. Here is a little about the technique found on the website of the amazing Steve Wells (EFT Downunder) whose training I completed. "The main component of SET is a simple process of stimulating energy meridian points on the body for emotional and physical relief. Typically this involves tapping on the points, although rubbing, applying slight pressure, or simply touching and gently holding the points can also be used. We also encourage and teach a form of continual tapping for energy toning or emotional fitness. This continual tapping is the cornerstone of SET and the main element that makes it different to EFT and TFT. Additionally, SET almost never uses set-up or reminder statements as does EFT tapping. Instead, we encourage you to focus on your problem or tune into it in your own way. It is even possible to get relief on many problems without needing to be specific".

23.01.2022 Exactly what Ive been discussing with counselling clients. Our perceptions beliefs and life experiences are different. We are all currently experiencing a unique situation. However how we travel through and out of this experience is incredibly personal. Most often our personal and family experiences of this pandemic are significantly different to others. Personally the we are all in this together hum is not entirely helpful . We are all traversing an experience but exper...iencing it differently. The important message is not we are all in this together, but we are all experiencing pain so lets be empathic of each other together. It is not even remotely useful continuing to plug a cause or belief that is important to you in a vein attempt to get others on board your boat. They have a different ticket to the same destination. Their purpose and resources are different. Please everyone understand the one thing we all have in common is we want this to end. How we get there is personal and should be kept that way. 20.01.2022 After a big weekend in professional training I think I have an addiction . I think I am a trance junkie . The process of being hypnotised is sooo incredibly powerful and insanely relaxing . The intense training demonstrated beyond reasonable doubt the power and positive change hypnotherapy has for clients . Such a non invasive relaxing powerful way to achieve almost anything you want. Already knew all this, however to see personally and professionally the impact it had on some challenging clients including myself this weekend was overwhelming .

Well today I was privileged to observe a couple of clients peel away layers of their onion to reveal enlightenment and hope. Cant help as a therapist but feel hope and joy for these clients as they smile widely and indicate they are ready for the next layer

This free download was made in the 80s for hospital patients but is still relevant outside of hospital and is great to follow to reduce anxiety, stress and pain
