14.01.2022 HAPPY FRIDAY! We are frequently asked what hours the Post Office operates. We offer full store services Monday - Saturday 6:30am to 6pm & Sunday 6:30am - 12pm. This includes picking up parcels and posting items. Australia Post picks up our outgoing mail twice daily Monday-Friday, our latest collection time is 4pm. Any articles lodged after this time will be collected by Australia Post on the next business day. ... Please keep in mind, if a Postie has left you a red card in your letterbox on a Friday with a collection date of the following Monday, there is a good chance we wont receive your item from the delivery centre until the Monday morning. You can use the Australia Post tracking service on their website by entering the tracking number written on the red card. If the tracking says Awaiting Collection we have it in store! If youre unsure, pop in store & we can have a look on our system too. We want to (and have a duty to) make sure any parcel is delivered to the correct person, so please make sure you bring photo ID when collecting items! If youre picking up for someone else & dont have proof that youre at the same address, simply follow the instructions on the back of the collection card OR you can fill out an authorisation form available on the Australia Post website. We have your best interest at heart by adhering to this process as it ensures no mail theft can occur. All delivery related feedback or complaints are to be directed to Australia Post Customer Service 13 13 18 or messaging Australia Post on Facebook Messenger. We are a part of the Retail Network and unfortunately can not handle delivery feedback & complaints over the counter. The red parcel slips in your letterbox are left by the Postal Delivery Officers (Posties) from Stafford Delivery Centre & the blue parcel slips are left by Australia Post contractors from Pinkenba Delivery Facility. We do not have a delivery service based out of our Kedron retail store. We simply provide a pick up point for any missed deliveries to your home address.
