24.01.2022 There is one rule, above all others, for being a man Whatever comes at you, Face it! A man should never pussyfoot around his responsibilities of being a man, The leader of his tribe.... In times of hardship, when shit hits the fan, and when those around us are in Panic. You step the fuck up and handle that shit! The world needs more men. Real men that own their shit and rise to face each challenge whether it come from an internal or external force. Men that our children, our woman and the members of our tribe can look too and depend on to demonstrate strength and courage, no matter the hell we may have to face. Provide and Protect The 2 greatest purposes a man has. And despite a weakening society labelling this as toxic masculinity. Real women WANT real Men. Society NEEDS real men. So, MAN UP and face life head on. Your tribe needs you to own being a fucking man!
23.01.2022 Hating Monday’s is for losers... The uninspired, those lacking passion, the zombies that are just floating through life. I write this knowing it will trigger many...... Hell, it triggered me when I was first slapped with the harsh reality check that my loathing on Monday mornings was because I was losing at life. I dreaded Monday mornings because I was uninspired with my life’s direction at the time. The problem was not Monday’s... The problem was the bullshit I filled my head with, the negativity I chose to focus on, and the excuses I gave myself for not manning the fuck up and going after my goals! Once I decided to do something with my life, to go balls deep on my vision, and stop filling my head with the bullshit negativity rammed down our throats by others... Monday’s excited me! Monday’s became just another day to attack the day and continue building on my legacy! Monday’s don’t suck... Your current approach to life sucks #theindomitablemovement
20.01.2022 It should be common knowledge by now that you can NOT out train a shitty diet But if you goal is to build a great physique; You also can NOT out diet, poor training performance. Building a quality physique requires you to place adequate stress on the body to force adaptation.... Simply going through the movements, feeling a slight burn, and moving on is not going to cut it if your goal is to improve your body composition. Building a physique that surpasses the norms of society requires us to take the approach of an athlete. Athletes train for progress! Training without the intention of progress is about as useful as a limp dick in the bedroom Don’t be a limp dick, train with some intensity! #TheIndomitableMovement
16.01.2022 As a Prep coach, you must tread a fine line when recommending the chosen fed/division for an individual. Having worked with many Athletes over the years, you can quickly see the genetic potential of an athlete and know where they would best suit. But what most coaches forget to acknowledge is the physique, aesthetics and federation the athlete desires to work towards.... To many coaches are fuelled by their own ego and pressure athletes towards a Comp, federation and physique that the athlete doesn’t actually want. As a coach, my responsibility it to make clear where I feel they have the most potential, and be honest whether their chosen goal is realistic. But then I MUST allow the athlete to choose what they want to work towards. This also applies to recommending a show to prep for... So many coaches Pressuring Athletes to compete because they want numbers in the show, with no consideration to what’s happening in an athletes life outside of competing. I’ve seen athletes pressured towards competing by coaches while their home life is in shambles, leading to many broken individuals at the end of prep, if they even made the show... Sure, as a coach I want great athletes. Gold medals and Pro cards are great for the reputation... But as a coach, I have a responsibility to each athlete to keep their physical, mental and emotional health as a priority. More coaches out their need to understand this! A gold medal and a mentally/emotionally broken athlete just shows a pathetic moral compass. Less Ego coaching, More true Quality Coaching! 13.01.2022 Why most Personal trainers are failing their client... Now don’t get us wrong, Personal trainers play an important role in educating better training techniques and correct form while lifting. But when it comes to improving Body composition, unless a trainer is spending the time on proper Program design with the intention of progressive overload...... They are failing you in your body composition goals. Any trainer can smash you through a session for 30-60 minutes and leave you feeling wrecked. But is the effort conducive to your goals? This is where Coaching Differs to Personal training. Our coaches spend little time on the floor counting reps, because our specialty is in the attention to detail of the program design and nutritional requirements to maximise your efforts and achieve the body composition goals you have set. Nothing against your current PT... But if they are not investing the time into adequate program design and exercise selection, and they literally smash you through a random session and send you on your way... Your PT is doing a massive disservice towards you and your goals. Applied Effort without Knowledge and experience achieves little... But in the modern world, the avoidance of discomfort is the most direct path to mediocrity.... Consciously choose opportunities of discomfort, for these opportunities lead to growth. Life is going to get uncomfortable whether we like it or not But some of us have conditioned ourselves to thrive in the discomfort through purposely exposing ourselves to uncomfortable situations and circumstances rather than allowing ourselves to grow soft when times are good. As the old saying goes; its better to be the warrior in a garden, than the gardener in war Seek discomfort, grow, evolve, and makes sure you are the warrior for when the garden becomes the war ground. #TheIndomitableMovement

Where our natural primal drive to be a fucking man, a leader, a provider and protector are labeled Toxic and we are scrutinised for not conforming to the feminine idealism that society expects. Our responsibility as fathers Must be to stand proud as a masculine Man and give our son’s the tools necessary to grow into Great Men.... Society wants our boys to be a generation of pussies. Self entitled little twats, with no work ethic, no strong values to stand by, and an inability to fight for their beliefs. But as men and as fathers, we have in us the ability to show our young boys that masculinity is a virtue, a necessity for those around us to thrive and flourish. A man that thrives in his masculine, allows his woman the flourish in her feminine... And as men, we MUST cultivate our sons into great Men.
