23.01.2022 Sorry to bombard everyone but can i please ask that all clients provide their own toilet brushes for us to use and i also need to advise that there maybe the possibility of bins not being emptied in homes if they are over flowing or staff do not feel comfortable in doing this atm . 20.01.2022 Yo Cleaners.. I got a little something I need to tell ya. I’ve recently engaged of them service of a cleaner again after losing my girl due to covid. ... I never liked the idea of having a cleaner because it felt like a class system, a haves and have not system, despite the fact that I had a cleaner when I was a hairdresser earning less then what I paid my cleaner who had a cleaner of her own. Once I asked a woman what she did and she looked down and said, I’m just doing a bit of cleaning at the moment because.... feeling like the profession needed an excuse. I get it, my dad cleaned brothels which was fabulous until the boy I had a crush on said hang on so your dad is a real life Jizz mopper? Furious I relayed it to my enlightened dad who cracked up laughing and said in the flesh baby girl, a real life one So yesterday after my cleaner left my home sparkling I may have freaked her out when I told her how deeply I loved her but I had to. When you clean someone’s home I dont know if you are fully aware of what you are doing or not, but to me here is what you have done. -You have clear’d my head, I can’t focus or create or work from home in the mess I dont always have time to stay on top of. -You have free’d up my time to listen to and learn from and teach and love my children. Time that I will not get back, time I cannot put a price on. -You have released me of the burden that the lack of equality in my marriage leaves me with, helping me bond with my husband despite our problems that aren’t going anywhere but at the very least are on hold for long enough for our children to witness our love and to remind me what I fight for. -You keep my secrets, not only from other people but you save me the embarrassment of knowing you have seen something or heard a particular conversation. -You are the only person who steps into my house and takes stress away, clears my head, helps me fall in love with my house again, removes my guilt and so so so much more. You are not just cleaners, you are magical cleaning angels sent to earth to help predominantly women become their best selves while the world catches up on equality. I hope you know exactly how special your work, energy and hearts are. I write this thinking of my previous cleaner who donates her wage to her family in poverty and allowed me to cry on her shoulders more then once with no judgment and my current cleaner who brings her book box, smashes loud music and has small vulnerable honest chats with me about life while never shaming me over the state of my bathroom. For all the earth angels with their broom and spray and wipe disguises... you ain’t fooling me.

20.01.2022 Dear Clients I would like to remind everyone that my covid 19 policy below is still in place I am requesting full transparency of the health safety of people residing in your homes and will require you to notify me of any body that will be home during the time / day of your clean, anybody that has been told to self isolate or stay at home from work/ school regarding closures , anybody who is ill with flu symptoms of any kind and anybody that has recently travel either to ...major cities/ interstate or abroad and if you are going to be home and the area you are occupying in your home will not be cleaned. From information provided by you it will be my decision on cleaning your homes as well as my staff if at anytime they feel unsafe to clean homes due to circumstances such as to many people within the home Yes we are cleaners however we also have limits and boundaries regarding cleaning within certain situations and this choice should not be taken away from us . All the staff from keen to clean fully respect you as clients, people and community members and would not put your families or loved ones at risk if we were effected so why should we be put at risk from you I have advised that if any one of my staff attend a clean and people are home or they have a sense of being uncomfortable within your home environment they have the right to leave and your clean will be cancelled . If there is anyone that cannot openly communicate with me about their situation and issues continue I will have no other choice but to suspend the cleaning business or individual cleans until further notice. We are all in this situation together so please lets work together and treat everyone equally. Also please be aware that this virus is not only con tractable from person to person but from surfaces as well so just because you are not home it does not mean that your home will be safe to clean again this is where open communication with me is essential . At this stage, we are asking all clients who have children or are teachers at school from SCAS to please cancel your cleans until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

06.01.2022 Keen to clean is covid safe and will provide the highest health and safety standard possible to keep staff and clients healthy. This is our covid 19 pack added to our kits and also we will be checking daily to see if clients are well and prepared to social distance before we conduct cleans. However i would just like to re interate that as the flu season is approaching and the complex corona virus is already causing major effects and disruptions within Australia could i please ask that if anyone is or has been unwell of any kind to respectfully advise me so that my staff and their families can be protected . This will include anyone being home from work or school due ...to feeling unwell and may result in cancellations of cleans also as valued clients my staff and I will also be respectful and inform you of any health issues from our end and cancel cleans to protect you and your family .
