24.01.2022 Well we are truly lucky so far. Just have a look at this in the US and be happy we do not have these problems. We don’t want to go down this road and it remains important to keep the regional areas free if COVID-19. https://www.abc.net.au//la-ambulance-workers-sto/13035334

20.01.2022 Flight is landing now as Dan Andrew’s announces lockdown. What will happen with these passengers.

16.01.2022 NSW Health has been advised of new venues of concern related to recent confirmed cases in Victoria. In response, NSW Health is calling on anyone in NSW who was... at Melbourne Airport, Terminal 4 (Jetstar) from 4:45am 2pm on 9 February to immediately isolate, get tested and remain in isolation for 14 days since you were there, regardless of the test result. Out of an abundance of caution, NSW Health is asking anyone who is a household contact of someone who visited Terminal 4 on 9 February at the above time to stay in isolation until that person receives a negative result. In addition, anyone who attended any terminal at Melbourne Airport on 7 and 8 February must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received. NSW Health is currently contacting approximately 7,000 people who have entered NSW from Victoria after attending these venues of concern, to ensure they are aware of the requirements. A full list of venues is available at the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) website www.dhhs.vic.gov.au, and is updated regularly. Please keep a careful watch on the web site. If you have been to any of these locations at the times listed you are at risk of COVID 19 so please follow the health advice provided. People who have been to these venues are required to get tested immediately and isolate for up to 14 days. If you were at one of these venues, you can call your local NSW Public Health Unit on 1300 066 055 for further advice. Since 4 February, all air and rail travellers arriving in NSW from Victoria have been required to fill out a passenger declaration form which includes confirmation of whether they have visited any venues of concern. This information is important for helping NSW contact travellers. There are more than 350 COVID-19 testing locations across NSW, many of which are open seven days a week. To find your nearest clinic visit: https://www.nsw.gov.au//how-to-protect-yourself-an/clinics or contact your GP.

14.01.2022 Perhaps NSW needs to do the same as NT in terms of Melbourne residents needing to go into quarantine and no roam loose in our communities until they have stop this outbreak. With an infected airport worked at Melbourne Airport it could easily spread. https://www.abc.net.au//nt-declares-greater-melb/13148858

07.01.2022 Jetstar flights from Melbourne are potentially of concern once again with a cafe in Melbourne Airport listed as an exposure site. It’s the same terminal used by Jetstar for flights to Ballina. The exposure period is within the time that passengers bound for Ballina were in the terminal. https://www.abc.net.au//victoria-melbourne-airpo/13146204
