25.01.2022 Laundry inspo from Three Birds Renovations. We were able to view this house and it was such an impressive laundry for such a small space. The laundry is a heavily used area of the home so why not give it the love it deserves?

24.01.2022 Biggest stacker door we’ve ever done. Stay tuned to see how it unfolds!! #seewhatididthere?

23.01.2022 wrapping a structural beam in gyprock

23.01.2022 Getting the foundations right is a crucial part of the job from two perspectives: 1. Structurally - footing depths, steel reinforcement, and concrete strength need to be spot on to comply with engineer requirements. 2. Set out - this sets the tone for the whole build. We make sure we get our set out perfect with a surveyor to ensure heights, alignment and square are perfect.

21.01.2022 Friday night done right! Another happy customer @sydneypremiumplumbing.

19.01.2022 Amongst all the hustle and bustle of this crazy life sometimes you just need to stop and smell the fresh air .

18.01.2022 Our task here was to remove arches and modernise this space. It may not look like it but it was not an easy feat! There was 8 meters of brick work above these arches and supporting that load while we installed the 250mm steel beams took creative thinking outside the box! @ Connells Point, New South Wales, Australia

17.01.2022 Kitchen update for our Connells Point renovation. We removed those dated brick arches, marble and any hints of brown (see pic 5 for before) and refreshed the space with a Hampton’s style kitchen. We used beautiful engineered flooring to compliment the new space. If a home reno is on your wish list get in contact to make it a reality! @ Connells Point, New South Wales, Australia

17.01.2022 Slab and frames up in a week and a half . Stau tuned to our stories to watch this one come to life. #grannyflat

17.01.2022 Despite all this craziness we are still here. Fortunately we haven’t been shut down yet so we’ve been working against the clock to get our jobs done. This is our latest project in South Coogee. She’ll be a beaut once she’s finished.

17.01.2022 Whimsical Wednesday...happy hump day people..KEEP on moving

16.01.2022 Just waiting for council approval on this upcoming project and we are good to go! @ Illawong

15.01.2022 Another transformation! This time on a 1960’s unit. The before photo shows the kitchen tucked in it’s own little room. We ripped that pokey kitchen out and totally changed taking full advantage of that view! @ Elizabeth Bay

15.01.2022 This is one of those small things most people would never notice, but it is all these small things that contribute to the feel of the job. Wrapping a beam like this 1. Saves time in setting and installation 2. Gives a superior finish as there is no build up of base coat and no feathering giving you a tidy square finish. Shout out to the homie @jonaheze18 rocking the doorag

14.01.2022 Starting with the bathroom. Swipe for the before photos. As you can see the original bathroom was dark and dingy and desperately needed an update. The bathroom was expanded, raising the ceiling height to 3.2 meters massively opened up this space. Now it’s a bathroom that the owners can enjoy! @ Sydney, Australia

11.01.2022 The brief on this project was to modernise it, open it up and make it feel light . Video up on stories. @ Newtown, New South Wales

08.01.2022 Custom made staircase by @keepconstructions

08.01.2022 The client wanted an en-suite in a small house with limited space so we took space from the adjoining room to create this little haven . @ Stanmore, New South Wales, Australia

07.01.2022 Tile splashback or window? Which do you prefer? Tiles are always beautiful but a window can be functional as it lets that much needed natural light in! Image via @wk_quantumquartz

06.01.2022 The laundry is often an area that doesn’t get much love but it’s an essential room of any home. Why not make it an enjoyable place to be by making it functional and visually appealing . 05.01.2022 Stairs. Not just a way to connect levels but a part of your home that can really add the wow factor! Which style is your favourite? All photos can be found on our Pinterest board Keep Constructions. @ Sydney, Australia
