21.01.2022 I was up on a customers roof when I spotted the ridge capping in a terrible state. As the customer had just spent a lot of time and effort doing up the inside of the house I showed them this as the last thing they would want is water pouring through their roof

12.01.2022 I was invited to replace parts on this evaporative cooler after the customer had had a quote from a plumber/contractor who had allegedly serviced this unit only a couple of weeks earlier. The customer had a problem with water overflowing down the drain. The contractor had quoted her for a new electronic drain valve when in fact it was the much cheaper float valve that needed replacing. The little white tub is for chlorine tablets which some people like to put in the sump of their units. Not only was it not secured, allowing it to roll around the unit potentially getting stuck under the float valve, but the contractor didn’t even bother placing the chlorine tablet in the container!! You can make your own mind up as to whether or not you think the contractor did a good job cleaning out the sump this was in Willeton

09.01.2022 An evaporative cooler serviced by myself. I try to get them all looking as clean as this. # takeprideinyourwork

09.01.2022 A slightly trickier installation in Burswood. My customer wanted a split system in the kitchen area. This was the only place it would fit nicely.

06.01.2022 I installed these two air conditioners for a friend. One was a swap out for an old unit that no longer worked. The electric circuit for the new air conditioner was run by Carlo Zampatti from Zampatti electrical.

06.01.2022 When your evaporative cooler isn’t cooling like it should, you may notice water overflowing down the drain pipe or onto the roof as a constant trickle. This is usually a result of the float valve starting to fail. It is an easy fix. This blue float valve was the original one in the evaporative cooler and hasn’t been available for years like that.

04.01.2022 A new installation at one of the retirement villages in Perth that I look after. Electrical done by Carlo Zampatti from Zampatti electrical

01.01.2022 Installed this unit last week for one of my clients in a retirement village. It replaced an older unit that was well over 20 years old and was literally disintegrating as I was pulling it off the wall.
