25.01.2022 Just doing my bit in these crazy times!! Thought I’d post a daily work out for you to follow if you want to. It can all be done in the safety of your own home and the kids can join in too! Just make sure if you have any injuries or illness that you get the ok from your health care provider before you start any exercise routine. So here’s today’s workout......I said 5 exercises but lost track so let’s go with 6 . 1 min on, 30 seconds rest, 4 rounds (you can have 2 minutes r...est between rounds). *Decline push ups - like a normal push up only your feet are up on a chair/stool. Just stick to normal pushups if they are too hard. *Side plank (30 seconds each side) *Star Jump Burpees *Squat with a twist *High Knees *Ice skaters If you need a hand with anything or have any questions, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to help!



22.01.2022 Strength and cardio session done. Felt good to beat the bejesus out of the bag - needed to get the frustration of being cooped up out. I’ve posted what I did below. If you don’t have a bag, you can air punch, it’s about getting your heart rate up so just go fast. If you’ve got pads or bag then go for gold!! I’ve got heaps of pads and gloves if anyone wants to borrow some!

21.01.2022 Now that I am accredited, it’s time to ‘Get Real’ about Yoga... I think I’ve found a venue. It’s at Dural and available from 7pm on a Tuesday night. Before I commit to hiring any venue, I’m just after an idea of numbers (no committment obviously). I’m limited to classes of 10 at this stage (thanks Covid), so if you’re keen, let me know what what nights and times suit and if Dural is too far to travel (it’s ok, you can be honest!! Please!!). Let me know what your ideal is so I can get an idea of where to start...Namaste

06.01.2022 Do not underestimate the power of exercise over your mental health. After a really tough week (for everyone I am sure) I was not in the headspace to be a good Mum or wife. So I did a hideous run on the treadmill yesterday that left me feeling rather deflated to be honest. So, I headed out today with my youngest and my silly dog and we smashed out 5km’s. I feel soooo much better for it now. Miss O even said to me ‘you’re such a nicer mummy after you run’. It doesn’t matter whether you run, swim, walk or lift. Make sure you get 20 minutes a day to do some form of exercise. We are going to need to be mentally ‘fit’ for what’s coming up, I have no doubt! If you want any ideas for at home workouts, hit me up happy to give you some ideas. Stay safe everyone!

04.01.2022 Squeee!! This is exciting!! I’m a step closer to our Yoga classes . I’ve got all the equipment and I’m about half way through my accreditation so fingers crossed we can be up and running by the end of August

03.01.2022 Here’s today’s workout for tomorrow! Hands up if you did the workout today? Those star jump burpees were brutal! Well done if you gave it a crack and if you didn’t, don’t worry, there’s always tomorrow! As always, hit me up with any questions you may have, happy to help!

03.01.2022 How is everyone holding up?!? I’m going a bit stir crazy to be honest so am planning some at home work outs and hopefully a run if my husband can get out to pick up a treadmill for me . Here’s a workout you can do at home, for those with short names, do it twice! Let me know how you go and post a post workout selfie when you’re done!



02.01.2022 Hey! Long time no see! Iso had me feeling a bit meh not to mention seeing the scales going up a little . So, who wants free training? Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9am at Kellyville. No strings attached, just a group of people wanting to take back control and improve their fitness. Bookings are essential as numbers are limited to 10 people per session (for social distancing and meeting all required legislation requirements). PM me to book your spot and more details! *minimum number of 4 attendees at each session to ensure session goes ahead.
