We specialise in the Self-Storage industry catering for both personal and business storage. We are seeking an Assistant Manager, a professional able to work autonomously and as part of a team, operating from our new state-of-the-art facility in Welshpool.... The Role will include but not be limited to: - Identify and develop business opportunities to increase occupancy levels and sales through new business and existing customers. - Strong emphasis on face to face sales role and managing telephone enquiries, with the highest service level offering to our customers. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. - Assist with marketing planning and implementation. - Updating and maintaining records on our computerised customer data system - Achieve profitable sales growth for the facility through maximising occupancy levels as well as associated sales of packaging merchandise and insurance. - Ensure effective delivery of the company's products and services through communication with clients, all relevant company personnel and other service providers. The position requires high level of salesmanship and Customer Service from a person who would enjoy autonomy after the initial training period. The position calls for a self-motivated individual with strong customer focus. 08.01.2022 Day 1 of the Avon complete!! KeepSafe Racing had a great start and a very good run through to the finish line for Day 1. 52km complete in 1 hr 7 mins, which is a lot faster than last year. Water levels were high so we jump Extracts Weir!!!! Great fun. A fair bit of boat damage across the fleet and plenty of boats flipping, but happy to say we remained upright the whole way. A repair to the bottom of the hull complete, and we are ready for tomorrows 12noon start.

08.01.2022 Avon Descent 2018 is all done and dusted. Huge water levels made for a fast race with several records being broken. KeepSafe Racing built on its 6th place (in our class) from day 1 to finish in 5th Place over both days, a result the team are very proud of. Thanks to our family, friends and supporters and particularly to our key support crew in Max Hewitt, Chris (Omo) Mitchell and Marty Weir, plus DMI Signs. ... Also, a huge thank you to the PDRC and Avon for putting on such a great event. Until next year....
