09.01.2022 To our valued Clients, We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff and clients and like all Australians, we are trying our best to navigate the situation as it changes each day. As we continue to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely and following the advice of the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer, here are some steps we are taking and steps we are asking of you to ensure we are all being proactive with saf...ety: WHAT WE ARE DOING FOR EXISTING CLIENTS: We understand that due to the government imposing restrictions some of you will be making changes to your plans in the immediate future. If you have made a booking with us and it has been postponed, we understand this is a very difficult and stressful time for you so please contact us on 0488 048727 or 0499 303890 so we can discuss how we can help with your new arrangements. If you have booked a job and it has been postponed we are happy to hold your job over until you have a rescheduled date. WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE: Ensuring hand sanitiser is readily available at all times; We have increased the frequency of our cleaning practises while on the job, sterilising high touch areas and other surfaces regularly throughout the day; Our staff have received guidelines and educational materials so that they can address situations that may occur; Our staff have also been advised to self-isolate if they are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms & to get tested, where appropriate; Our staff have been provided with masks & other protective items to wear, as the need arises. Our staff will limit direct interaction with our clients, however where this is not practical, appropriate social distancing will be used. WHAT WE ASK OF YOU: We ask if you are not feeling well, please let us know ASAP! We are happy to reschedule your job. We want to make sure everyone is healthy so please just call us if you are unwell and we will organise another date that suits.
