11.01.2022 | Registered vs Unregistered Land | Simply put, registered land is ready to be built on, while unregistered land is not. Usually, this is because the developer is waiting on the 'Title of Registration' from council. While some estates can give you an approximate registration date, these are not always accurate. If you want to get into your new home sooner, we recommend choosing land that's already registered. That means we can commence our preliminary tests sooner (ordering soil, contour tests etc), which generally means we can start building your new home sooner, too. If you need help finding a perfect lot that's already registered, get in touch today.
