08.01.2022 IMPORTANT LAST MINUTE UPDATE COMMUNICATION FROM THE NORTHERN BEACHES COUNCIL HAS LET US KNOW THAT WE ARE CLOSED (FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT) UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR THE RECOMMENDATION FROM TENNIS NSW WHICH LEAD TO THE DECISION FROM THE COUNCIL:... --------- With the continued escalation of the COVID-19 crisis and in consultation with the tennis community and the NSW Government, the Board of Tennis NSW resolved today to recommend that all tennis activity cease from midnight Friday 27th March 2020. 07.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE - TENNIS IS NOW PERMITTED AT KPTC(1 ON 1 COACHING & SINGLES COURT HIRE ONLY) Following updated advice from the NSW Office of Sport, the Tennis NSW Board today approved that the following tennis activities individual coaching & casual court hire - can proceed under strict compliance with the Government Public Health Orders and the Tennis NSW COVID-19 Community Play Guidelines. You can read more about the guidelines here: https://www.tennis.com.au//TNSW-CO...VID-19-Community-Tennis- The most important points in the Tennis NSW guidelines are as follows and will be strictly enforced to make sure everyone who visits the centre can do so as safely as possible: - NO SQUADS OR GROUP LESSONS - 1 on 1 private lessons are allowed. If you wish to book with your preferred coach please let us know. - NO PLAYERS ALLOWED TO BE ON COURT WITHOUT A STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY - Please familiarise you're self with our opening hours and if you are unsure get in contact. - NO CASH PAYMENTS - Only credit or debit card payments will be accepted. You can pay over the phone or in person. - NO ACCESS TO THE CLUBHOUSE - This includes the bathrooms please plan accordingly. - PLAYERS ONLY PERMITTED AT THE CENTRE FOR THEIR BOOKING TIME - Players only permitted to arrive 5 minutes before their booking and must vacate the facilities immediately after. - PLAYERS MUST WASH/SANITISE HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER PLAY - Hand sanitiser will be available for your use. - PLEASE ONLY TOUCH WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU TO PLAY - The gates will be permanently open.
