08.01.2022 Recently, Keir Steele Waldon Lawyers had the opportunity to assist Innisfails Bartle Frere Bananas, purchase the cane farm next door with a view to creating a new banana plantation as a blank canvas. Gavin Devaney, a second generation banana farmer with red soil under his fingernails, supported by the Wet Tropics Major Integrated Project was able to boost his ability to grow bananas whilst preventing soil and chemical runoff into local waterways.
