25.01.2022 Armed vs unarmed: mixing up our sparring by adding some spice! While still training in a controlled environment with little threat, its interesting how the addition of an unexpected knife element changes the dynamic and mindset for the unarmed karateka.

Ian has enthusiastically embraced the Kei Shin Kan way and continually strived to improve his mind and spirit. The night was also special as club members and family gathered to celebrate the year and reflect on training and future goals.
